Our products are shipped from Ingleburn NSW 2565 and we use Australia Post in most circumstances. Once your item has been shipped your will be sent tracking information for your order.
Delivery timeframes will vary from state to state please check Australia Post website for delivery times.
Express Shipping is available at check-out at an additional cost.
Returns
Refunds are given if your product is faulty, or damaged.
Refunds will not be given due to a change of mind. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss via sales@elletens.com.au
If your device is faulty please contact us via sales@elletens.com.au this will allow us to complete some troubleshooting with you and determine next steps.
Warranty
Bodyclock TENS devices have a 2 year warranty and SensaTONE devices carry a 5 year warranty.
