Midwife Access Program
Any midwife holding a current AHPRA registration number can apply to purchase the Elle TENS 2 at wholesale price for their personal birthing kit. Devices are registered to you and must not be resold or hired out. Device purchases are approved on a case-by-case basis, based on your caseload, or your practice's caseload, and your electrode requirements. Midwives who purchase their electrodes through us also qualify for our Refresher Program. Once a kit device is two years old, replace it at a further discount below the wholesale price, so your kit always carries a current, safety-tested unit. Read the full program terms.

A note for midwives. Many midwives use both programs, and each has a distinct purpose. Wholesale covers your own practice. Electrodes and accessories at trade prices, plus the Elle TENS 2 at wholesale price for your personal birthing kit, approved on a case-by-case basis according to your caseload and electrode requirements. These kit devices are registered to you and cannot be resold or hired out. When a client wants their own Elle TENS, the Affiliate Program is the pathway. Share your personal link, they buy or hire direct from us, and you earn a commission on every sale. Simple, and no stock risk for you.

Why do you review every application?
Elle TENS devices are used during labour, so we hold our partners to the same standard as our products. Every application is checked by our team to keep the program genuine and our customers safe.
How long does approval take?
Usually within two business days. Midwife applications can take slightly longer while we verify AHPRA registration.
Can I be both an affiliate and a wholesale partner?
Yes. Many birth professionals are. Each program has its own application.
I run a TENS hire business. Which program do I need?
Both, most likely. Wholesale gives you electrodes and accessories at trade prices for your existing fleet. We do not supply devices for hire or resale. When your clients want to hire or buy an Elle TENS, refer them through your affiliate link and earn a commission on every one.
Can I buy Elle TENS devices wholesale to resell or hire out?
No. This is a strict condition of the program. Devices are available at professional pricing only to AHPRA-registered midwives, only for their personal birthing kit, approved on a case-by-case basis according to caseload and electrode requirements, and each device is registered to the individual midwife. The Affiliate Program exists so your clients can buy or hire direct from us while you earn a commission.
What is the Refresher Program?
Once a registered kit device is two years old, you can replace it at a special rate discounted further below the wholesale price. Eligibility is based on having purchased your maternity electrodes through us over those two years (full details in the program terms). It keeps your birthing kit current without paying full wholesale again.
Do wholesale prices include GST?
TENS devices and their electrodes are GST-free medical products, so the price you see is the price you pay.
