Wholesale Program Terms
1. The program
The Wholesale Program supplies genuine Body Clock consumables, Elle TENS labour accessories, the SensaTONE pelvic floor range and the Body Clock Combo range to approved businesses and practitioners at trade prices. It is operated by Elle TENS Australia, the Australian and New Zealand distributor for Body Clock Health Care.
2. Eligibility
Applications are open to Australian businesses and practitioners with a current ABN, including pharmacies, birth and baby retailers, physiotherapy and allied health clinics, hospitals and birth centres, doulas and birth educators, and TENS hire services. We check every application and may decline any application at our discretion. Approval decisions are final.
3. What the program supplies
Electrodes, lead wires, labour combs, massage roller balls, SensaTONE pelvic floor stimulators and probes, Body Clock Combo TENS and EMS units, and other products we list in the wholesale range from time to time. The program does not supply Elle TENS labour TENS devices. Those are available only to AHPRA-registered midwives under the Midwife Access Program, for their own birthing kit, and are never supplied to hire or rental businesses.
4. Pricing and payment
Trade prices are fixed per product and pack size and shown to your approved account when signed in. All payments are due at the time of order. We do not offer payment terms or credit accounts. We may change trade prices with 30 days notice.
5. Resale
Approved resellers may sell products purchased under the program to their own customers. We publish recommended retail prices as a guide only. You set your own selling prices. Products must be sold in their original packaging, and product descriptions and claims must not go beyond the information we supply. Therapeutic goods advertising rules apply to anyone who advertises these products, and you are responsible for your own advertising.
6. Shipping and returns
Orders ship from our Canberra warehouse to your registered business address within Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout by order size. Electrode orders carry a minimum 18-month expiry from despatch. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are replaced or refunded. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on trade orders.
7. GST
TENS and EMS devices, pelvic floor stimulators, electrodes, probes and replacement lead wires are supplied GST-free as medical aids or parts for them. Labour combs, massage roller balls and other general accessories are taxable, and GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
8. Your account
Your account is for your business only and may not be shared. Keep your registered address current by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, including any attempt to obtain labour TENS devices for resale or hire.
9. Privacy
We collect business and contact details solely to administer the program and process orders, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. General
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
