Affiliate Program

Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate with Australia’s, leading supplier of Labour and Pain Management TENS devices, Elle TENS!

Before you decide to go through the signup stages, we just wanted to tell you a little bit more about our program and how we can help your patients, soon-to-be new mums, clubs, teams and social media followers on the exciting affiliate journey.

What is an Affiliate?

In Australia, an Affiliate is a person who is officially associated with another company, sole trader, organisation, club, association or influencer and is given permission to share affiliate links about products and/or services of the given organisation and receive a commission from sales that occurs as a result of the affiliate’s referral.

Affiliate Marketing is legal in Australia and consumer law, privacy law, and spam legislation all still apply to this advertising model.

When you apply and are confirmed as an affiliate of TENS Australia Pty Ltd, TA Elle TENS you are qualified to share affiliate links to our products and you will receive a percentage-based commission based on the total sale, excluding shipping, taxes, and non-affiliate (third party items) included items.

How does the affiliate relationship work?

Here’s what you need to know before you apply to be my affiliate:

  • All Affiliates must have purchased the products they promote.
  • You can promote by writing a review or sharing the link on your social media, clubs and association flyers/newsletters (in a human, not spammy way, which means you only share when appropriate).
  • Every time you include an affiliate link, you have to mark it with an asterisk (*) and give an affiliate disclosure (see below).
  • When a person buys using your affiliate link, you receive a percentage of each sale, and the final amount will be paid out by within 45 days.

Why do we ask for your PayPal email?

Our affiliate program pays directly into PayPal, so any money you earn from our affiliate program gets transferred into your PayPal account directly.

Things you need to know

  • Personal data collected from customers or users must be handled according to the Privacy Act 1988, which sets out standards for collecting, using, and storing personal information.
  • Anti-competitive practices, such as price fixing, are not allowed.
  • Affiliates must disclose that they will earn a commission or other benefit on any sales made through their affiliate links.
