Shipping Update
Our families will be taking a short break from Friday 20 December. All orders received after 10am on Friday 20 December will be shipped from 6 January 2025*. *Applies to sales and hires

Shipping
- Standard Shipping – $10.
- Express Shipping – $18.
- We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $40, meaning free shipping for all devices.
- Delivery timeframes will vary from state to state please check Australia Post website for delivery times.
- Our products are shipped from Weston ACT 2611 and we use Australia Post and a range of couriers. Once your item has been shipped you will be sent tracking information for your order.
Returns
- Refunds are given if your product is faulty, or damaged.
- Refunds will not be given due to a change of mind. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss via sales@elletens.com.au
- If your device is faulty please contact us via sales@elletens.com.au this will allow us to complete some troubleshooting with you and determine the next steps.
Limitation of Liability and Warranty
- TENS Australia Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products.
- Bodyclock TENS devices have a 1 year warranty and SensaTONE devices carry a 5 year warranty.
