We’re committed to getting your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are shipped from the ACT 2611, using Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can stay updated on its journey.

- Express Shipping: $18
- FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $98 qualify for free standard shipping – this includes all our devices!

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Here’s a guide based on our shipping from the ACT:
- ACT (Metro & Regional): 1-2 business days
- New South Wales (Metro & Regional): 2-3 business days
- Victoria (Metro): 3-4 business days
- Victoria (Regional): 4-5 business days
- Queensland (Metro): 3-4 business days
- Queensland (Regional): 5-7 business days
- South Australia: 4-6 business days
- Western Australia: 6-10 business days
- Tasmania: 5-7 business days
- Northern Territory: 7-10 business days
International Shipping – New Zealand
