The 3-in-1 TENS and EMS Combo device by body clock does it all – providing natural pain relief, helping tone and strengthen muscles for better performance and recovery or delivering a relaxing massage to relieve stress.

The unit has three functions. TENS mode helps relieve chronic nerve, muscle or joint pain including back, arthritis, neck, knee pain and more. EMS mode helps relax or strengthen and repair the muscles after an illness or as part of rehabilitation from an injury. MASSAGE mode is designed to relax muscles and decrease stress.

The 3-in-1 COMBO stimulator has 22 programs (9 TENS programs, 8 EMS programs and 5 MASSAGE programs). Each program controls the generated electric impulses, their intensity, frequency, and pulse width.

Description

Use the TENS programs to help treat a range of issues. From back pain, shoulder pain and tension release, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, neck pain, sciatica, fibromyalgia, acute sprains or strains, post operative pain, migraine and general pain relief.

Use the EMS programs for muscle strengthening, building or recovery. From disuse atrophy, restricted range of motion such as sprains, joint and ligament repair, knee cartilage injury, post-operative care to improve blood flow in selected muscles and more.

Hikers Dream!!. Currently in training for Kokoda and have been pounding the legs up and down stairs in the Blue mountains. The 3 in 1 has been a lifesaver in relieving pain in my calves!! Due to its small size and weight I’m seriously considering throwing this in my Backpack for the 150km trek!! Love it!!!

Body clock combo. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and effectiveness of this unit. Great build quality, secure connections combined with ease of use and more than enough power to help sort out any muscular issues.
Lower back twinges that last a week are sorted in a day or two. Thought we would use it occasionally however between the four of us it gets a run at least a couple of times a week for a wide variety of sport induced muscle twinges.
If you want to spend less of life with sore / tight muscles And more time doing the fun things that cause sore tight muscles buy one of these.

3 in 1 Combo. Having lower back and neck issues for many years now, I am highly impressed how you change the machine to suit the treatment that suits your problem areas.
I am able to take it whenever I go away anywhere and use it to reduce my discomforts from sitting down all day for my work.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a drug free solution to reduce muscle pain and stiffness.

Life changing device!. This handheld, 3 in 1 pocket rocket is an absolute godsend. It’s my go to when I put my neck or back out and provides significant relief. My husband also uses it on his arm and shoulder to help relieve him of pain from a reoccurring injury. It’s compact and travel friendly, whats not to love! 10 out of 10 recommended!

Not sure about it. Not easy to use too many pads and wires hanging around. And the pads are too tiny. Think it’s better if there was only 2 big pads therefore 2 less wires hanging around.

Great Machine!. This machine has been outstanding for me, as I’ve had a few injuries/ operations in the past and it has aided me in my recovery not just post operation but also after fitness sessions. Well worth the investment!
