Our square 50mm x 50mm electrodes are designed for reliable, comfortable use with any TENS or EMS machine. Each pack includes 4 reusable pads, giving you everything you need for effective pain relief or muscle stimulation.

These self-adhesive electrodes require no gel, are easy to apply, and can be reused for up to 30 applications when cared for properly. For hygiene, they are recommended for use by one person only.

Got me through an induced labour!!!! . It was amazing. I used the TENS machine after I was induced into labour. It got me through almost my entire 11 hour labour without any other pain relief! I used it along with sitting on the ball. It was a great way to feel like I was “in control” of my contractions and felt empowered by it. I would recommend this machine to anyone!
